An Evening You Won't Want to Miss
For one night a year, we transform the castle into a universe of magic, bubbles, and elegance. Dinner is served in the impressive Knight's Hall (Riddersalen), where round tables, candlelight, and historic surroundings frame an atmospheric and sensory experience. The atmosphere is warm, festive, and full of anticipation.
We invite you to enjoy an exclusive 7-course menu created by the castle's selected favorite chefs, accompanied by 7 exquisite champagnes. The champagnes have been carefully paired with the menu and will be presented by Johanna "Madame Champagne" Bertilsson and Kira Milan, who will share their knowledge, passion, and special stories from the Champagne region throughout the evening. It is gastronomy and storytelling in perfect harmony.
The Menu
The menu features, among other highlights:
- Tuna with smoked mayo and lemongrass
- Cod with confit fennel and warm bisque
- Scallop with green apple and browned butter
- Label Rouge chicken with spring tart, white asparagus, and sauce suprême
The evening concludes elegantly with rhubarb, white chocolate, and fine acidic notes, served alongside organic sourdough buns and artisanal butter.

Tickets may be transferred to another guest anytime (subject to legal drinking age).
