For one evening in Vienna, HATT et SÖNER opens the door to one of its most intimate house experiences: Personal Vintage.

Created for a small group of guests, this private dinner offers a rare opportunity to step into the role of the winemaker. Through a guided tasting of single-vineyard vins clairs and specially crafted cuvées, you will explore the essential choices behind Champagne creation – vineyard, vinification, style, structure and dosage.

Over the course of the evening, you will be invited to shape your own Champagne recipe, with the possibility of commissioning a Personal Vintage of your own and becoming part of the highly exclusive international Personal Vintage circle.
