Spring Bloom is our annual celebration of renewal, when the vineyards awaken.
Reserved for our Personal Vintage and HATT Club members, it’s a day to reconnect with the land, rediscover your Champagne, and dance among the vines.
10.00 AM
- Champagne welcome
- Premium vintages tasting with our Chef de Cave
- Masterclass blind tasting in the cellars — and surprises
- Lunch in the vineyards with Champagne
- Afternoon party with DJ beats among the vines
5.00 PM — End of Experience
Transportation by bus from/to vineyards and the HATT et SÖNER house is included.
8.00 PM — Dinner Option
- Three-course dinner with our Champagne — 100 €/person
Dinner attendance must be confirmed at least one month in advance.
Note: This cancellation policy applies only to HATT et SÖNER events. For external partner events, please refer to the specific terms provided by the hosting partner.
Full refund up to 60 days before the event. 50% refund from 59 to 30 days prior. No refund within 29 days.
Tickets may be transferred to another guest anytime (subject to legal drinking age).
If we cancel or reschedule, you'll receive a 100% refund.
