Then explore our cellars and workshops, sanctuaries where Personal Vintage champagnes mature slowly and majestically. Enjoy a seasonal 3-course lunch (or cheese and charcuterie platters) accompanied by a tasting of five cuvées, each telling its own story, style, and finesse.

The day concludes with a masterclass tasting and the creation of your own personal vintage - a unique reflection of your taste and personality.
