This rosé is definitely well-balanced and full-bodied. The palate is richly aromatic and deep.

An atypical rosé with a large majority of Chardonnay, which brings elegance and freshness.

Vinification of the Chardonnay in oak barrels for 8 months gives the wine complexity on the palate, with toasty, caramelised notes.

The subtle addition of 8% Pinot Noir gives this wine delicious notes of red fruit, strawberry and raspberry.
