Champagne Blending Masterclass
What to expect
Over the course of the evening, you will taste a selection of still wines from distinct Grand and Premier Cru parcels on the Côte des Blancs, each pressed separately to preserve identity, origin and traceability.
Guided by a HATT et SÖNER representative, you will learn to identify what separates one parcel from another in the glass, then work through the process of blending them together, making your own decisions about proportion, balance and style.
This is the exercise that sits at the heart of every champagne made at the house, and the one that Personal Vintage members begin with when they create their bespoke champagne.
Alongside the blending, you will taste the full range of HATT et SÖNER cuvées, accompanied by small bites.
