On Friday, February 6th, HATT et SÖNER invites you to Ulfsunda Slott for an evening that refuses to end. Together with this historic venue, we are creating a festive, warm, and vibrant castle experience where bubbles, flavors, and people meet.

This is more than just a tasting. It is a complete evening that flows into the night and concludes with a long breakfast the following morning. A staycation to step right into, minutes from the city, yet worlds away from the everyday.

A Personal Tasting We, together with Ulfsunda Slott, welcome you to a generous and inspiring champagne tasting focused on craftsmanship, personality, and emotion. You will get to know our house, the people behind it, and the philosophy that permeates our champagnes - where nature, time, and passion are allowed to speak.

During the tasting, we will pour seven different champagnes from our collection, all crafted from Premier Cru and Grand Cru Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs. These are champagnes with distinct character, served alongside carefully selected canapés.

The Evening

• 15:00 Check-in – Leave the everyday behind and settle into your room.
• 15:30 Sabrage – We sabrage from the castle balcony, share a toast, and let the bubbles lead the way down to the wine cellar for the tasting.
• 19:00 Aperitif – A shared pre-dinner drink.
• 19:30 Dinner – A four-course dinner with a wine pairing, served at communal tables where conversations continue, and the evening is allowed to take up space.

When dinner draws to a close, the night lives on. Settle down in front of the open fireplace in the wine bar and let time slow down, while the conversations, and our bubbles, linger.
