Your own champagne, from the first pressing
Personal Vintage is a reservation of grape juice from a single harvest in the Côte des Blancs - made into champagne to your specifications, aged in our cellar, and bottled under your name.
Three years. One wine that exists nowhere else.
Not a label on our wine. Your wine.
Most personalised champagne is exactly that - a house cuvée with your name printed on it. Personal Vintage starts earlier. Before the wine exists.
You reserve juice from the first pressing of a single harvest. From there, every decision that shapes the wine is yours: the origin of the grapes, whether it ferments in steel or oak, how it ages, how dry it finishes. Our winemaker guides you. The choices remain yours.
Three years later, bottles carry your initials on the front label and your design on the back. No one else will ever taste this wine unless you pour it for them.
From harvest to your table
1. The reservation
It begins with a conversation and a reservation - a minimum of 100 bottles from an upcoming harvest. French law is precise here, and so are we: at this stage you are reserving grape juice, not champagne. It only earns that name after the full journey through our cellar. We use nothing but the first pressing.
2. The tasting
You come to the house in Bergères-lès-Vertus or a private tasting around the globe. With our team, you make four decisions:
Origin. Base wines from different parcels, each with its own character - the chalk, the clay, the slope. You taste, and you choose where your wine comes from.
Vinification. Steel tank or oak barrel. Steel keeps the fruit pure and precise. Oak adds texture and warmth. There is no correct answer, only yours.
Closure. Crown capsule or natural cork for the ageing years. Capsule preserves freshness; cork lets the wine evolve more openly.
Format. Standard bottles, magnums, jeroboam or even mathusalem? Your choice.
3. The harvest
Each autumn, our winemaker judges the harvest against our standards. If a year falls short, your reservation simply moves to the next one - we would rather wait than bottle a compromise. Should two consecutive harvests disappoint, you may cancel with a full refund. It has to be worth three years of patience.
4. The quiet years
Your wine ferments, is bottled, and goes down into the cellar, where it ages on its lees in the dark. This is where champagne becomes champagne, and it cannot be hurried. Your reservation includes at least three years of storage in our cellar from bottling - and if you want your wine to rest longer, it can, year by year.
You are not waiting in silence. Through your Personal Vintage dashboard you follow your bottles, and each September the Harvest Celebration brings members back to the house where their wine is sleeping. Throughout the years we host private members only events over the globe. You are not just creating champagne - you join a small circle that unite over one thing - champagne.
5. The final decision
When the wine is ready, one choice remains: dosage - the finishing touch that sets the final balance, from bone-dry to gently rounded. You taste, you decide, and we disgorge your bottles by hand.
This is also when your labels go on. Your initials on the front. Your own design - a monogram, a crest, an image - on the back, prepared with our help.
6. Delivery
Your bottles are ready within three months of disgorgement. We hold them until you confirm delivery, then handle the logistics to your door - or you collect them at the house, ideally with a glass in hand.
The house stays open to you
A Personal Vintage makes you part of the house. Members follow their wine through a private dashboard, receive first invitations to events at the estate and abroad, and return each September for the Harvest Celebration in Bergères-lès-Vertus - a weekend among the vines while the next vintage comes in.

The next harvest is closer than you think.
Juice is reserved before the grapes are picked. If you want your wine to begin this year, the conversation should start now.
