Harvest Celebration

Each September, as the vines reach their peak and the grapes are ready to be gathered, we welcome our Personal Vintage members to Bergères-lès-Vertus for the Harvest Celebration.

The day begins among the rows of our vineyards, where guests are invited to pick grapes side by side with our team. A traditional casse-croûte with champagne sets the tone, followed by a guided tasting of selected vintages from our cellar.

As evening falls, the celebration continues in the grandeur of a private château. A refined dinner, paired with HATT et SÖNER champagnes, is accompanied by music, laughter, and surprises.

The Harvest Celebration is a rare opportunity to experience Champagne at its most vibrant—an unforgettable moment of tradition, conviviality, and shared joy.

If seats remain 90 days before the event, tickets open to HATT Club members at a rate of €1,095.

9.30 AM

• Champagne welcome in the vineyards
• French casse-croûte with champagne
• Be a grape-picker: harvest your own grapes in our vineyards
• New vintages tasting with our Chef de Cave
• Lunch in the vineyards with live music and Champagne
• Afternoon masterclass tasting in the cellars

4.30 PM — Return to your accommodation

8.00 PM — Gala Dinner

• Champagne welcome & apéritif
• Four-course black-tie dinner
• Dance party with DJ
