Event Cancellation Policy

Applies to: HATT et SÖNER ticketed events, including flagship gatherings such as the Harvest Celebration and Spring Bloom.

If an event has a different policy, it will be stated on that event’s page.


Short version

  • Full refund up to 60 days before the event.
  • 50% refund from 59 to 30 days before the event.
  • No refund within 29 days of the event.
  • Name/guest transfers allowed anytime.
  • If we change the date or cancel: 100% refund.

 


 

Full policy

1. Timing reference

“T” refers to the local start date and time of the event in France. All windows are based on local time.

2. Refund windows (per ticket)

• Up to T–60: 100% refund to the original payment method.

• T–59 to T–30: 50% refund.

• T–29 to event day: No refund.

If HATT et SÖNER cancels or reschedules the event to a different date, guests may choose a 100% refund.

3. No-shows

Failure to attend without prior written notice is treated as a cancellation within 29 days (no refund).

4. Transfers & substitutions

You may transfer your ticket to another guest at any time at no charge, provided the guest meets the legal drinking age requirements in France.

Please email hospitality@hatt-soner.com with the new guest’s name and contact details before arrival.

5. Refund recipient

Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser and cannot be redirected or transferred to another account or card.

6. Travel & hotels

Travel and accommodation are separate from your event ticket. Any changes or cancellations must be handled directly with your service provider.

7. Force majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to severe weather, strikes, transport disruptions, or public health restrictions — HATT et SÖNER may postpone or cancel the event.

Guests will be offered a 100% refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a new date.

8. Discretionary exceptions

HATT et SÖNER may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions to this policy in extraordinary cases.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

This policy and any disputes arising from event participation are governed by French law.

Guests are invited to first contact hospitality@hatt-soner.com to seek an amicable resolution.

Failing that, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Reims, France.

10. Consumer information

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period. Your purchase therefore becomes binding upon confirmation.
