An evening of quiet elegance awaits our Hatt Circle members in Bergères-lès-Vertus. The Winemaker’s Dinner is an intimate occasion where the artistry of Champagne meets the poetry of cuisine.
At the heart of our house, guests are welcomed to a private table alongside our winemaker, who will guide you through a curated selection of HATT et SÖNER champagnes—sharing stories of vintages, vineyards, and the patient craft behind each bottle.
To accompany this journey, a private chef will prepare a bespoke menu before your eyes, each dish conceived to reveal new dimensions of flavor and to harmonize with the champagnes in your glass. The kitchen becomes part of the table, the cooking a performance, and the dinner a shared memory.
The Winemaker’s Dinner is not merely a meal, but a celebration of conviviality, craftsmanship, and the unique bond between our house and those who belong to it.
