ChampagneUniverset and HATT et SÖNER invite you to an intimate evening devoted to the house’s vintage Champagnes and the Personal Vintage experience. It is your chance to shape a personal cuvée with our winemaker, Céline Vallois.
What is Personal Vintage?
Personal Vintage (PV) is a rare opportunity to craft your own vintage Champagne. You define the style, we refine the assemblage. The result is your signature millésime, produced in a limited release for life’s defining celebrations.
The evening, step by step
- Welcome and introduction to the house and its philosophy.
- Blind tasting across styles to reveal your preferred profile.
- Your recipe is set and passed to our winemaker, Céline Vallois.
- Production from a minimum of 60 bottles or 30 magnums, or a combination.
- Maturation as a millésime for at least 1,000 days. While your Champagne rests, you are invited to house experiences in Champagne, Denmark and abroad.
Who may attend
Participation is by invitation from the house, its members and ChampagneUniverset. Allocations are limited each year. You may request an invitation below.

Price
75 EUR. Bring a guest for 25 EUR. Places are limited and confirmed upon invitation.

Full refund up to 60 days before the event. 50% refund from 59 to 30 days prior. No refund within 29 days.
Tickets may be transferred to another guest anytime (subject to legal drinking age).
If we cancel or reschedule, you'll receive a 100% refund.
